    Sitting in a room with 3 of my sisters and an uncle who were all diagnosed with diabetes around 50 and realizing that i was approaching the time that I might be a well. Since my surgery 3 months ago I am down 60 lbs, blood pressure has dropped and my feet don't hurt. I wish I had done this sooner.

    Great job! I agree with you that it is about more than the weight loss. My feet haven't hurt since I had my surgery 7 weeks ago and I have been able to work out more regularly. Keep up the great work.
