Thanks for the advice, we're going to need it. Do you know if we can have sugar free applesauce, slimfast(optimal 50% less sugar)? This is going to be so hard for me. Dianne I'll let you be my leader on this . I will be at the meeting on Monday, hope to most of you there. P.S. I went to tickerfactory and attempted to do my weight chart, but no luck. I need Tickerfactory for DUMMIES. Can someone give me some advice. :-( Take Care.

Amy - please don't beat yourself up - it's still too early in the challenge for that. Give it the full six weeks and I'm quite sure you will see more weight loss. I know you know your body is still healing... Take care.

Hello Ladies, I just heard about Dr. V. - a real bummer. My office has not called and told me I'm not getting a date yet. I'm in a panic right now and don't know which way to turn. What's this I hear about Dr. Bauman - Melissa - do you know if he is taking on Dr. V's patients, do we have to start all over again? Please say it's not so. a total of $800 I spent already pre op. I heard Dr. Bauman has a long waiting list, not sure if its for the lapband - RNY he does. There is also another Dr. in Pinhurst that does LapBands. Will investigate tomorrow and let you know what I find out. Dianne take the leap - it will all work out. Keep in touch after your surgery so we know all is well before your cruise.
