I know how you feel my surgery was 3/12/15 I have lost 37 lbs so far but know that number should be allot higher. I just keep thinking what am I doing wrong. I know I get all my protein in. As for water I still need to work on that. I guess that may be my problem not enough water. I am also going to take it up a few notches on the exercise routine. I hope things start to pick up in your weight loss also. Sometimes I feel like the surgery is not working that they really didn't do it. Lol I guess we have all thought that one time or another.
