I hope everything goes well for you. I'm just getting started... I've been wanting to do surgery for many years but have been overwhelmed with how to get started, what questions to ask, what to expect, etc... Can you please share how you got started? what were your first steps? how did you start communicating with the surgeon you chose and how did that work? How long from when you started until your surgery, etc... any websites or blogs/forums you can recommend, etc. any info and guidance you can provide is hugely appreciated! Thanks! Pam
