Disappointed with weight loss progress

You're ok. At 2.5 months you're still getting used to all the changes. Be kind to yourself and follow the program. Your strength and stamina will return in about month. Mine did. Then you'll be able to exercise. Surgery is not a magic wand, it's a tool along with water, protein, exercise, supplements and time. You will succeed ????. -

22lb in a little over a month. You're still healing and exercising 4 day a week. You are doing fabulous! Be kind to yourself. You will lose. Congrats and keep up the good work. ???? -

SEPTEMBER 2014 POST-OP SLEEVERS CHECKING IN!

I've got two examples of sleeve results. My brother down 175 after 3yrs. And my sister gained all 76+ back after 2yrs. Really goes to show ya, sleeve is just a tool. You have to still log food choices, exercise, drink lots water, take your supplements, etc. to be successful. I've been working this summer on developing more exercise tools for my box; I walk, bike, fly fish, and even started skipping rope. Hope to add swimming soon. ???? -

I don't think your belly button can move because it's attached to the abdominal wall. Unless you've had a hernia or something. My excess skin kinds sags around it but it hasn't moved yet. Keep up with the exercise and you'll look wonderful. ???? -

Yes!!! I take one cap full of miralax in my coffee and after a few day I'm back to normal. If I get too loose, I skip a day or back down to 1/2 a cap. Hope this helps. ???? -

The beauty of NSV. Love that. At 4 mo. and stuck at 47 pounds lost. My husband keeps telling me legs are really slimming down. Will have to get the measuring tape out and count that loss until the scale starts moving again. Thanks. ???? -

Yes. Stalling has been pretty much the norm for me. Almost 4 mo. out and 47 down but seen to have 1/2 weeks stalls each month. Double down and make sure you're getting all your Water and Protein. Soon your body will catch on and start loosing again. Good luck. -

About the same. Need to look for rice protein and not rice milk. Rice protein runs from 15-24 grams of protein depending on the brand. Rice milk is only 3-4 grams of protein. Blander and grittier than whey. Been mixing it with crystal light or fruit smoothie. Working for me so far. Good luck. ????
