Plateaus Suck! Odd observation... anyone else? I've noticed that when I'm under-eating or eating to much "sameness" day after day (with the intention to blast through that awful plateau) I don't go down on the scale. What I noticed is that I have to have enough calories to lose lbs.. In other words, after a big eating day, instead of the expected #-rise, it goes down by a pound or three. Anyone else experiencing this odd phenomenon?
