Will you did awesome yesterday I had gas pains in my back could sleep then of course the dry mouth and discomfort upper stomach too

Will guys had surgery this morning at 9:30 everything went great just all the dang gas smh I've been up and walking it really helps omg and ice chip ????

my husband was the same way until we went to support group together and some doctors appointment now he knows I'm serious this time he's on board with me you guys will be fine -

Yea it has 18mg of iron and only 108mg of calcium which we need 1000mg of calcium crazy crazy

I'm not using my chewable a yet just regular multivitamins I'm going to check I thing they have iron

I take multivitamin and extra iron then 2 hours later my calcium and at night more iron

it does but the amount of calcium in the multivitamin is not enough and doesnt block the iron that's in it because it's not enough calcium that's why we take extra calcium and extra iron it's crazy

wow lol but I thought you wasn't suppose to take the multivitamin with the calcium it's suppose to be 2 hours apart because the calcium blocks the iron in the multivitamin or something like that
