Are you having your surgery soon ? What kind ? Hang in there, try to make healthy choices food and exercise wise now and it will be ALOT easier after surgery. Im so glad I did that !! Good luck, you got this !!
My surgery is no time soon. I've only just started the process of the 6 month insurance requirement. I am going to get the Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy.
