    Also going from band to bypass. Had the band done in 2005, removed on 9/15/14, and am set for a bypass on 10/27/14. Will post early post-op thoughts. .

    Wondering if anyone else is out there about to have a Bypass after having had poor results with a LapBand. I had my Lapband done in 2005. I'm just one of those people for whom the LapBand wasn't the solution. I had the LapBand removed on 9/15, and will get the Bypass done on 10/27.
