I like to know what food are you people eating for breafast lunch and dinner how much do you eat to keep your weight off how often do you eat. What do you eat when do you eat.How do you eat meaning how much do you eat and how many times can you eat .. Help me out here I had the surgery August 6 I have movers I only been to the doctor twice since the surgery the receptionist told me my appointment. Was on a certain day I went there and it wasn't even my appointment day.it was a different receptionist this one gave me an appointment all the way in December.. My God so someone help me out here.

Today I made the weirdest meal ever I too eggs stored it with Galicia onions and seasoned it with Saxon then T took and egg plant sliced it then dipped it in the egg batter then sprinkled bread crumbs on it I did the same for the salmon dipped in the egg batter then sprinkled bread crumbs the sprayed the pan with Pam put in oven then grilled it it was so nice and crunchy weird but good

I was playing hide and seek with the kids today I hid in the bath tub son said gose ready or not here I come. They both hunt the whole area so they yelling where are you. So my son tell his cousin mommy not here I can't find her anywhere .So she said where could she be they both three years old . So he responds to her we are here all by our self . The girl response why . Son response maybe mommy went in tv land . Come on Misyiah go in tv land and find her .she responds how .sons response you have to jump into the tv go ahead Misyiah .you go first ill wait right here .you ready he said she like yes. He goes ok when I ll count to three and you jump into tv land I busted out laughing so hard I almost p my pants that was the funniest thing ever thought I had to share that

Say mcbrimn excellent way of explaining I just use that line on my 4 year old which bag would you want the quarter in the bag or the pennies he said I said when you learn to behave you get the bag with the quarters he turn around and said can I have both bags haha

Chillie Omg is that a bit much especially Wendy chili lord know what they add in the chili I'd avoid chili I not sure Im no doctor However it a bit early for chili Hun meanwhile focus on what you want to look like and I can mode other then that great job congrats on your new life there you have it your focusing on I think

I always hungry any tips my stomach is always growling this is my third month as well my problem is that I did my surgery in august 26 .however I lost my job I. haven't. Been to the doctor since September I called. The receptionist. She seem to sound like she had issues I called to confirm my appointment she told me it wasn't that day for me to call back cause the lines were busy she never even told me when it was or even the time . Ok so i calls back later that day and this dingbat trll me it was that morning. . This ding bat gonna tell me that the next earliest appointment she can make for me was in December .i was so dam angry .So i hanged up on the crippternight witch. I called back . And wanted to curse her out .But as i was about to blow out of portion .I hear God speak to me saying put the phone. Down it not even worth it.Then. I decided to let God controller this situation .He said dont let no one steal your joy . I don't have a scale but I can see I lost weight I need to find a job quick this is why I need people's input. On what to eat how much ok like today this moirning I. Had a tuna fish salad with premium on I unsalted crackers like six crackers lunch a grilled chicken on whole wheat bread with Muriella cheese for dinner a baked chicken breast .right now it 44am I went int the refrigerator and had. Motts snack on the go apple sauce I sneaked my daughter three cheese ritz cracker s I need your help to guide me encourage me please I'm depressed everyone here talk with me tell me what you eat every day so I can have guidelines . Never be discourage nor feel intimidated of what he may say your doing just find don't stay away so long we need people like you to keep us encouraged. Geesh I need people like you to keep me encouraged you are doing a great job so keep up the good work and don't leave me again I need yo hear what your eating everyday what excersice are you doing I need you to encourage me so with that you are awesome do what you know is best . Doctor aren't perfect some don't know what to say out there mouth so hold that thought and continue to do what you do best.

Good luck on your surgery trust me you would want to eat the whole house prepare your self it hard because your dealing with a new you after the surgery best of luck

It was hard ok I need mental help I had the surgery in August 26 today I didn't have any food around I lost my job after the surgery . There was a bag of layer chips on the table I was so hungry I took a six peice of chip day before yesterday I know but that all I had it was a no no oh my God I need help I been doing do well now I'm depressed caused I lost my job .

You are truly blessed I am sorry to hear about your dad . its strange because my brother was born on 7/29 he died on 7/22 .He died on his knes my mom went to work before she went she called me and said your brother in his room praying that the first wow the next day she came home he was still on his kneens It strange how God works he had to put him on his knees to perhaps repent his sins . as for you my sister you are truly blessed . You dad watches over you I believe that firmly. Right now my mind is weak can you keep me encouraged.as I do the same for youIts crazy because I just met my mother for the first time n my life two years ago .I went to visited her after my brother died she she don't love me and for me not to come visited her any more 'i went out there to help her out. And look she went and changed her number . any way as for. You stay blessed.
