Yes they are already mixed! They taste like a shake and the best that I have found so far! They come in cases of 12 at Costco or Sam's club but Sam's price come out to about $1.39 each which is the cheapest I have found.

Ur body is making huge changes and I'm sure u were on a liquid diet prior to surgery? So u would be concerned with possible dumping syndrome...I don't mean to scare u but u can definitely become extremely dehydrated quickly. Are u able to contact ur surgeon to ask?

I would love to hear updates on your journey! I'm really nervous about mine. The biggest obstacle I see is preparing separate from my family.

I like them so far...I'm not a big chocolate fan so I I bought the vanilla and strawberry! Both pretty good!

Good job on sticking through it!!!! My surgery is 11/26 and I have started the liquid diet today per my nutritionist. The protein shakes they have me drink are Premium and u get them at Costco or Sam's club (the cheapest). They are very tasty!

So today is my first day on liquid diet... Its been okay so far. Had my protein shake for breakfast, and just had my morning snack of Greek yogurt and apple juice. So far I have been feeling full. Although seeing yummy food on TV has made me second guess myself but its all mind over body.... What kind of protein shakes are you all using?

Ya I think so too...I'm nervous but excited to start the journey at the same time.

My surgery is 11/26... I just saw the nutritionist today as I have to go every 2 weeks until surgery. She is starting me now on weaning my way into the pre op liquid diet and by Nov 1 I will be on pure liquid until surgery. I am really nervous. I have three young daughters and I feel like the cooking separate thing is gonna be the toughest.
