What's the deal with no nicotine? I smoke and my dr never told me to quit. My surgery is Dec 29th -
I am on day 2 of my liquid pre op diet and about to starve to death! I am so hungry my Protein shakes are not feeling me up, I am just starving. I am getting headaches and light headed. Is there anybody else that felt this way? Tell me it gets easier......

I will not cheat! I can't I just tell myself to go do something instead. Just a struggle right now, I hope it gets easier I am ready to just be on the other side of this! Thank you for the kind words -

Thats the exact same pre-op diet I am on. So far I am hanging on pretty good only 10am though lol -
I start my 2 week liquid diet tomorrow!! Surgery is set for the 29th. I am very nervous. One thing I want to know is how to still cook? I have 4 kids and a husband; while I am on liquids how am I going to still be able to cook meals? I think that's a struggle I am fearing... I can do this I am ready, just have to get a lot of sandwiches hahaha
