You look phenomenal!!! Can I ask.... With your body looking as insanely good as it does... With as much weight as you've lost does your chest have a lot of extra skin? I'm about three inches shorter than you and am nearing into range of my goal but the closer I get to goal I feel like I wear a bra to hold the skin now and not the girls... Hey there. I don't have any extra skin on my chest area. My boobs became small and nicely shaped. I have some loose skin on my belly area and need a tummy tuck. That's about it. I've been lucky.

These photos are from the day I entered the hospital for surgery, dec 4th 2014, and today!! I'm 5'6. I started at about 250 pre-op and am now 121 lbs. Pretty sure I've reached goal although I feel like I may go to 115 for some bounce range. Losing very slow now. It's quite a ride!!

My plantar fasciitis has also gone away since I lost the weight! I used to have TERRIBLE foot pain. So bad I could barely walk at times. Each morning I would limp in pain when I stood up. I believe it was inflammation related to the high sugar diet I was eating and the stress of the weight on my small frame.

Men are always talking about how there are so many crazy women out there. I've been single a year and it seems like the world is FULL of crazy men!!! Not women!! Or is it just people in general? I'm always asking people to take pictures of me, just trying to get my head around how I look! Yesterday for the first time I looked in the mirror at the gym and actually thought I looked too thin. It was a bit shocking.

A week ago I was dead set on this surgery. Now I am having doubts. I have been reading a lot of patients discussing complications after a few years. I am chiefly concerned about having a hernia or bowel obstruction. Also I am concerned about having Iron deficiencies. I am wondering if this is an issue with how surgeries were performed five or more years ago and these problems have become less common? I am doing this to feel great not sicker. Should I back off? Would you change your mind and NOT have the surgery if you could? Meow many of you would stay the course?

Thank god I had this surgery and I would do it again without question!!

Yeah. I can't really blame the guy. I'm super tiny now it's hard to imagine. I wouldn't have a problem with it myself. But of course I get it! Anyway I'm rather attracted to overweight men.

I went out on a date tonight and told the guy I used to be overweight and he's like- haha very funny. Yeah I'm sure you were like a cute 150 chubby pounds. Not like you were, 200 pounds or something crazy obese like that!! Ha ha hargh hargh. Ha ha ha. Dumb ass. Try 250. Har har. God!! Jeeeeeeeze.

I hear a lot of us saying we don't know what to wear now in our new bodies! Let's share what we are wearing and give each other some ideas for what works at goal and on the way down!!! Montage ladies!! For me, it's all about pretty dresses! Skinny jeans!! And something a little sexy!!

I just have to say again( and I'm not bragging, just trying to give people hope) how much I love love love my little tiny boobs. Yes they aren't as firm as they could be, but they used to point down and since I lost weight they have turned up a lot more and I actually, for once in my life, love them!! I always hated my boobs, even before I gained weight. I didnt like their shape and thought they were saggy. It's so weird because the way I lost weight this time made them better!! I still take off my bra and go wow I love those little boobies!! I'm a b cup and it's the perfect size. I wouldn't even mind if they were a little smaller. I thought for sure I would need a breast lift after surgery, thank goodness I don't! I'm so happy. Another weird thing is I always had really thick legs, even when I was 150 pounds, before I gained weight. My legs now are super skinny, like chicken legs. It's so weird I never expected to look like this. I think it may have something to do with the low carb diet. Ones body takes fat differently when you diet low carb. It's amazing how happy I am with how I look. The only thing I don't like is my tummy area where I have loose skin. Need a tummy tuck for that big time!!! So have hope ladies- your boobs may survive this!!

I'm the odd ball. I generally eat whatever I want, just less. I have a weight range that I stick to and unless I bounce up too high, I don't restrict myself. If I go over my upper end, then I cut out the junk. So wish I could be like this!! But I'm too scared to give myself the freedom.

Every once in awhile I have a day that I feel completely insatiable. I seem to crave sweets? But I'm not sure if that's what I am craving because when I do eat them I don't like them. . No amount of food seems to satisfy me- I can only eat small portions so I have to keep eating throughout the day. I feel this urge, intense craving and I can't pin it down so I just keep trying different things!! I can't figure out why this happens. I am still trying to lose a couple more pounds so I've been keeping my calories about 1000-1200... Today I had 1600 which is the most I've had in weeks. Is this my body trying to tell me not to lose anymore? Am I dehydrated? Anyone else experiencing this?

@"cowgirljane" what a sucky sucky week! Sometimes it seems like Murphy's law hits and nothing can go right!!! I suggest taking a day and pampering yourself. A spa day, a nice new haircut, ect. Something YOU find very relaxing to reset your week. That's what I do when I feel my energy going to the negative. I hope things get better. So sad about your horse (((
