I'm in Clover, SC and had my surgery September 23

When. I decided to have surgery I bought the Jawbone Up 24 and use the app which is cool because it works with MFP and quite a few other ones

Advocare Pro-20 has 20 grams of protein and qualifies as a clear liquid. Palatable and only 3 ounces. Http://www.we-build-champions.net. And can't you add a scoop of protein powder to any shake to up the protein content.

I cry easily. I am 5 days post surgery. I mourn food.
