Here it is, it's cheaper at Walmart and target I think. It's really easy to put on. It holds things in place. I normally start over my incision and then on the first wrap I swoop under my hanging belly and pull it up and continue to wrap until it's fitted just tight enough and secure. It's pretty handy.

Layknee and smiley- the first incision on the right side did in fact go through the muscle. My first night home was miserable. My hubby moved me to 4 different sitting arreas in the house. Lol. But I am now 18 days out with very little pain and down 30 lbs. the abdominal band they gave really helped me. I wear it only when I'm out at work or at the gym. It gets better I promise. Walk more I guarantee it goes away sooner.

Hey everyone! So I'm 12 days out and still have some pain in the upper right incision when I try to stand straight up. The band they gave me in the hospital helps a little. Anyone else having this problem?

Tangiceleste- they have a bit of a tart taste and it's like a very thin syrup consistency. Not bad,

I found them at my grocery store, HEB- San Antonio tx. But you can order them on Amazon. Here is a pic of what they look like. ** I also added the Protein mix from Special K - has 5g of protein, I split the package between 2 bottles of Water, it's kind of sweet( no sugar Fyi) I have only seen it in kiwi/ strawberry.

Yes it's amazing how the smallest things make us feel great! Have you tried "New Whey" protein bullets? They have 0 sugar and have 42 grams of protein and it's only 4oz. Check them out. I use one a day along with 1 protein shake and 32oz of water, 2 oz of jello and about 5 oz of broth. I just take an ounce of one item every 30-45 minutes, more often with water. It also helps if I leave it in the kitchen, it forces me to walk to get it. Just my little tricks so far.

Hey I had surgery on the 8th. How are you feeling? I'm still a little sore but moving along.

Hi everyone! I finally got through it. I am now 4 days post op and moving around. I must say it is quite good to give myself a shower... Well I am to the point where I struggle to finish a Protein shake. I sip on 12 oz shake with 39 grams of Protein in it but it seems like it is to much. So I have purchased "new whey" Liquid Protein which is only 4 oz but contains 42g of protein. It comes in grape and fruit punch. They are sugar free and all that jazz. Aside from getting in my protein for the day I am also struggling with Water . I can get through 32 oz or so but that's it and that's on a real good day. Aside from that things seem to be going ok. I just can't wait until this pain on the upper right incision completely goes away! Any suggestions on relieving pain? ALSO for those of you who are coming up on surgery dates.... Stick to it and don't give up, it's okay to be scared but once it's done....it's back to small hurdles at a time.

Awesome! I have been taking 1/2 Protein shake in the am with a brand of milk called mootopia (lactose free) when I get up with about 10 oz of Water following. Then 1 "new whey" with another 10oz of water. And for dinner the other 1/2 of my shake with 3 oz of broth or Jello and 8 oz of water. I use a 32 oz water bottle and add the Special K protein kiwi strawberry mix. It's really good. And split that up through out the day or over 2 days.... Sometimes I just want plain old water.
