I live in STL. I had my surgery on Oct 9th and so far have no attended the support groups. I am confused on what to eat because I went through True Results for approval and then attended My New Self nutrition program. They are very different on the foods you can eat. I'm very confused right now. Let me know if you find a support group that helps. I feel like I've hit a wall and have not had much loss in the past 2 weeks. Thanks! -

I was finally approved for my sleeve after a 9 month wait for insurance apporval. I'm excited but a bit nervous. I only have to be on liquid for 5 days before surgery, which is 10/9, but I'm currently replacing 2 meals with protein now, so when I transition to all liquids it won't be too much of an ajustment. I've already lost 25lbs waiting for approval, and really look forward to get this proceedure completed.
