Thank you for your replies. I have drank a ton of water and am feeling better now. I got the call and I am scheduled for surgery at 8am. I am very happy about this because this means I am the first or second surgery so I wont have much time in the morning to get too nervous. It is now after 3 pm here and I have made it this far, I am not going to quit now. Thank you again for your support and my thoughts and prayers are with you all tomorrow!

Is anyone seeing my posts? I never get any replies to them. I am on my second day of clear liquids and im so nauseated its awful! Is this normal? I have my surgery tomorrow and my anxiety is getting the best of me today. I am trying to fight it and stay busy but its hard.

My surgery is tuesday as well. Today is the last day of protein shakes and dinner, and tomorrow starts the clear liquid phase until thursday then im back on regular liquids for a while. I really havent been hungry on this. I have been very surprised. How is everyone else feeling? I feel like im so ready to get on the other side of this! Start my new chapter in my life. Also, at the same time I am very nervous about the procedure.

I just had my pre op today and I am on my third day of the diet. My surgery is Oct 7. I had a few minutes of doubt about my surgery today, but I have worked so hard to get here and I know that if I change my mind now I will forever regret it. I think it was just tge "reality that this is happening" that hit me. I am so excited about my new life and am looking foward to being healthy and feeling better about myself but there is the "pre surgery jitters". I guess that if I didnt have those I wouldn't be normal right?

Im on oct 7 as well. Im on day two of my preop diet abd yesterday was easy while today has been a little harder. I feel really tense and irritable today,. I havent told many people either. I wasn't nervous until I had my sleeve class on monday and now im super nervous! I dont know why but having to get heprin shots bothers me. Maybe because I have never had a syrgery where I had to have it. It seems like such a trivial thing to be worried about lol! My preop is tomorrow and I just want these next six days to fly by so I won't be hungry! Lol Good luck to you all!

Hi all I have a question for those who are post surgery. I am scheduled for tge sleeve on oct 7 and I am 5'2, 194 lbs. I have always had big legs and one of my goals is to be able to go into any store and be able to but any high boots I want instead of only the ones for fat girls. Has anyone had any experience with this?

I just got scheduled for October 7th with Dr. Krahn. Im so excited and nervous at the same time! I hate that I have to stay in the hospital over night. I am terrified of hospitals! Also I hear you have to have a drain at first? Is this correct? Also we don't get anything to drink until we have the leak check the next day?
