working out and not losing weight

I am 10 weeks out and been working out a month now and during the last two weeks have really been hitting the gym hard. NOW I AM IN A STALL!!! I Burn about 700-1000 calories a day. I don't understand. I do about 4 miles on elliptical or bike and lift weights. Is it that i am gaining muscle? And if so will I stay at the weight I am now? I am tone but have only lost 35 pounds and that was at 7 weeks out. Now i am just stuck. I don't want to be tone at this weight. I weigh 172 and think i should get down to at least 140 to 145. Any suggestions?

    Still too Much restriction

I am 6 months out and at goal but my only issue is eating. I never thought I would say that. I was in the gym 5 to 7 days a week but now sometimes go once. I can not eat enough. I struggle with eat one wingette. The little piece of the chicken wing. My body has toned very good because I was working out and lifting weights but no I want definition and am trying to maybe get a 6 pack. I had 4 children so I know this will be a hard task plus I was obese for so long. I am grateful for the surgery and how my body looks now but I just want muscles. I hear I have to eat lots of protein to get this And I am struggling. Sometimes I eat some chips or ice cream to get in some calories because when I eat protein I am beyond full after a few bites. I may get 500 calories day.please, I need some advice

    Regret having surgery

Don't be sad... I never regretted my decision. I am exactly 6 months post op and stalled 3 times for a whole month. I am 4 pounds from my goal weight. So I know I will lose more than I intended.
