I have a concern. Before I grew out of control I was a brick house, now I am more like an apartment building! I want to know if you were an apple shape person before the surgery do you lose weight everywhere except your legs? My legs are fine! Please chime in!

I am not telling them about my hernia, sleep apnea, athlete feet, or ingrown toenail! I am just taking a week off around a holiday and go back to work eating much lighter! -
I have a hiatal hernia and sleep apnea, but I am other than that healthy! Where do you live?

I have not had surgery, but I drink real cokes! I quit, not for the surgery part but what I read about drinking cokes scared me to death! They really are not good for you! Alzheimer's has not been proven, but seems to be found in people that are heavy drinkers of coke! What I found that works for the caffeine headaches was to take Advil migraine or/and phenergrine! Good Luck! -
Great to know! I do have an office job, so I am taking a week off. I am not telling the people at my job!!
