I go tomorrow for my 2nd fill I've lost 8 lbs so far I'm not as hungry as before I'm hoping to see more results with the 2nd fill in the past 8 to 10 lbs was the maximum I would loose

I'm a newbie and I got my first fill this past monday I'm still on mushy foods for now

I use Mira lax it helps

Hello everyone I was banded on the 20th and I had my first fill this past monday.

Hello everyone, I had the lap band and the I band done August 20th. I just had my first fill September 22nd and I really don't feel any different although I've noticed that if I eat or drink anything cold I freeze easier than before if that makes any sense?
