i just phoned my doc and he said i cant go back for another 2 weeks so i just phoned my boss and told her that i had an operation , and i guess she was ok. thanx all for your replies

personally i wouldnt take this while banded look at the side effects, i dont think they would go well with the band

Diane dont be so hard on urself 22lbs is great where would u be today without the band? everyone loses at the own rate and ur doing great!! it has only being 2 mths since u were banded, which u r losing about 3lbs a week. that is fantastic, i do hope i can do that

im so sorry to hear that he has just left u like that there has to be some sort of explanation to which he should let u know why he left. you have 2 chn, maybe he just wants some time out to think things over and will talk to u when hes ready. dont take ur stress out on food, i know its hard to say cause we all do it. just give him some time and im sure he will let u know why

im on liquids to and it is hard im having pumpkin soup, potato and leek soup, low fat custard, banana smoothies, tomato soup, low fat yoghurt, and orange juice!!! this is all liquid and goes through a straw. have u tried any of these things?? -
thanx for the info i work in the nursery 6 weeks to 18months so alot of lifting involved im going to ring today to see wot my boss says

i felt the worse on day 2 (24hrs) that was the night i was tossing and turning all nite like u have trust me it gets betta, the pain for me is hardly any now , so each day gets betta -
Hey Everyone, all went well im pretty sore around the left side of my tummy, and have pain in the left hand side of my shoulder. apart from that im feeling ok, not hungry at all but am sipping on Water all day long. Had some Soup last night and only ate 4 spoonfulls...WOW, i was shocked...lol. after i sip on the water i get this sharp pain going down my spine.Does this mean im drinking too fast??

Hey jini, i was banded on tues and found myself to sleep more comfortably on my back for the first few nights. today is day 4 and i fell asleep today watching tv..lol...on my right hand side and it was very comfortable. just dont sleep on the side of ur port, cause i think that woulkd get uncomfortable. -
Goodluck for your surgery date 2morrow im sure u will be fine i didnt have to go on a preop liquid diet either, but im 3 days out and am on liquids now.
