hEy all, i work in childcare and am due back at work next week. i HAD my surgery 5 days ago. How long before u all went back to work? I will be doing alot of lifting so i dont know if i should go back so soon. i asked my surgeon and he seems to think 2 weeks is fine!! just wanting to hear from others that went back to work thanks in advance

look i have being on liquids for 7 days now i havent taken any Vitamins wotsoeva try some yoghurt, low fat custard are u on a diet with any form of liquids??

Hey Patti im 7 days post op everyone is different i guess with me i had alot of pain around the port area, and my left shoulder was a little sore but was bearable. u will get to sip on Water when u r fully awake goodluck for tomorrow

Im 7 days out of of surgery and am feeling the same way instead i get up and go for a walk or go for a bath take ur mind off it and try to keep busy!!! this helps for me goodluck

im doing good, its 7 days today i have now lost 13lbs im still quite sore around my port area hopefully this will pass soon

om on a liquid diet for 2 weeks so anything i can get through a straw i can have i have being having pumpkin Soup, potato and leek soup, yoghurt, custard, all sorts of drinks eg: orange juice, diet coke then i go onto mushies for 2 weeks im starting to get really sick of this liquid stage

hey congrats on ur surgery did u get banded on the 15th nov same day as me? do u only have to stay on liquids for a week??

im having the same problem as u its after i bend down or move to the left sie an i wasnt sure wot it was maybe this is normal then? anyone else? -
