im starting on the mushies today its now been 2 weeks and i have lost 24 lbs

i dont understand how u would be gaining weight ur not having enuf liquids unless thats why ur metabolism needs to move so u prob need more calories to get some weight off maybe go and see your dietician to see if they can help you best of luck with it

my Bmi was 46 and i got through it fine without the 2 weeks on liquids afterwards not much gas pain, i mean i got pain but not alot i am not really struggling witht the liquids either cause i know tomorrow i can have mushies see ur doc get his opinion and let us know -
i have had a tummy tuck done and it was a good decision the pain afterwards is very very sore, i was on pain killers for 2 weeks you get an incision from hip to hip but in the end it was well worth it im from Australia and i didnt ahve to pay a cent 'my doc did it through medicare

i didnt have to go on the pre op diet either kellie is right you need to have a high BMI i did the same as you kellie i put on quite a few kilos jacqui i really think u wouldnt need to do it if u have a bmi of 35 -
you should feel lucky that u dont feel hungry theres some of us on here that always feel hungry, so i wouldnt worry to much. enjoy it while its all good

im 12 days post op now and my port area is fine but when i say that when i wear jeans it does seem to hurt my jeans are still a little tight though

hi and welcome to bandland!!! you got banded a day before me i go onto mushies in 4 days and am counting..lol... when do u start mushies?

yes it will stop soon u seem to have had it worse than wot i did but it will go away very soon if it doesnt call your doc

im only 10 days post op so i cant really say to much yet apart from so far i love my band and i hope it stays that way!!

i had this problem for the first 3 days after i was banded yes its normal
