I am scheduled for October 15th .. My weight now is 194 I have tried for 15 years to lose and never go below 180 and I have high cholesterol and my mother past away a year ago this October 7 th from diabetes and I want o prevent myself from becoming a diabetic and I am miserable with this weight I am 46 years old and I am hoping this works for me and I do everything I am suppose too.. -
