I am 3 weeks out. I have 2 protein shakes a day for 60 grams of protein and 64 ounces of water. If I get hungry I eat 3 tablespoons of pinto beans or a sugar free pudding. -

On reddit, another sleever told me her doctor said the sleeve assists in changing gut flora and fauna and also assist in curing metabolic disorders. I have searched the internet to find out more about this and found very little info. Did any of you get this kind of info from your doctor?

One month and still have incisional pain
norcalkitty replied to sweethime's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
My german shepherd lurched to get at another dog and I strained my muscles. I had very little pain before and now I am back to using my ab binder. The surgeon said alternate heat and ice and take an acetominophen. I am 3 weeks out. -

I had an issue with vomiting in the hospital so the doctor sent me home with erm...suppositories of compazine. I haven't needed them. But 300 calories seems very very low even if your are completely sedentary. -
I had a dream last week I was eating a burger with donuts for buns. And I was hungry for the first week too

Sorry, not travel ban. Travel warning. heh
-
Ebola plays into people's fear and drums up ratings for networks. Take that with a grain of salt. Mexico has had a travel ban for years. 99% of tourists make it home safely. You are not going on adventure travel and you aren't going to be participating in risky activities. You will be just fine. Remember, Tijuana is visited by thousands of Americans everyday looking for fun and cheap jewlery.
