I spoke to the nurse that sees me she said is too early to think about a revision:( I'll keep waiting, I'm eating a lot less but I'm still not losing weight

I wonder if any of you still check this post just in case, I'm also in Miami I would love to know how are you guys doing since your surgery was in 2012. I was banded on 6/2014 still learning and adjusting....

Can we have home made chicken soup?? I don't much of the vegetables I'm suffering eating just chicken half an avocado or beans with the chicken I'm 3 months post op

cheese I don't want to think I have let 5, 10 years pass before I can have a revision...my band is not agreeing with me

@@Alfie, I have a question, so how long did you had the band? I'm also interested in having my band remove but I'm afraid to be denied but it is not agreeing with me thanks so much

Hi everyone! I know this must on case by case situation but, this is my question to have a revision I have to wait years? or how miserable should I be before I bring this up with my doctor, I was banded on 8/6/14 I know a lot of time haven't past but I just feel this is not working... no restriction, vomiting, night sweats, and many more discomfort. thanks,

I was banded 8/6/14 I'm going for my 3rd fill 11/20/14, I haven't had much restriction and for the most part I just waiting for the band to the magic ( I know it doesn't work like) but I wonder when will I feel at least a bit of the restriction I read many have. I have the 10 cc band and its fill to 3.5 cc I believe, anyway any one from Miami Florida that wants to mentor me (more like hammer in my head how I should eat ) ....good luck everyone

It's cool you're losing i supposedly have 4cc and I haven't lose much at all, nov 20 I'll have my second fill and according to the nurse it's only going to be a .5cc, I have heard that you start losing when you have at least more than 7cc so I have quite a few more visits to do..

Hi roxx my surgery was 8/6/14 I would love to know how you're doing, my weight was 194lbs now is being at 184lbs for two weeks the scale hasn't move, are you losing more?

Stress at work that's my excuse

I messed up today I had bread for breakfast with a cup of coffee:(

I'm 5'4 my weight is 185 and my goal is 135lbs can't wait I think is doable but if I look scrawny or sick I'll probably raise up the pounds . I had my surgery 8/6/14 at 194lbs

I used to feel the same I can't relate to most people on wls site because besides been much older they have a lot of diseases and have much more weight to lose, I'm 34 I was banded 8/6/14 Pre op weight 194 I have only lose 11lbs since then, my second fill will be 10/23 I'm still super hungry can't wait to reach my green zone... I have not experienced any pain when it comes to food I can eat almost everything although I'm trying to make smart choices of course to lose but its really hard I wish I would've done the sleeve instead anyway good luck everyone:)

I really can't wait to experience the stuck feeling so I will stop eating things I shouldn't eat don't judge me please I'm fat because I love eating I just have to learn but it's not an easy process...

I was the worst coke addict, I would have coke for breakfast, lunch and dinner but after my lap band this pass August it just doesn't taste the same first I was afraid to try it but then I did for a little sip and wow tasted so different I'm glad I hope the good taste doesn't come back

I'm 2 months post op I have lost 10lbs but I still get very hungry going for my second fill October 23rd wish me luck

I am new to this website, I really don't know how to keep track of the conversation...I have only being banded for a little bit over one month, I haven't had a fill and I'm eating out of control...I can too eat anything, rice, Pasta, French fries, regular subs....anyway just want to vent how frustrate I feel. I was banded on 8/6/14 so far I have only lost about 10 pounds but I'm totally unmotivated. I haven't had a fill because of work I haven't been able to keep the two appointments I have made. I have being eating anything I used to eat before my surgery....I don't know how else I can hurt myself, has anyone done the same thing I have? my first fill will not happen until 10/2 maybe after that I can have the restriction I felt in the first two week after my surgery. I feel ashamed but I had to share this. thank you,
