Hi, I will be 58 on Oct 17th of this year and I have been dieting off and on since 1999.
As a mother of 3 all grown and 3 wonderful grandchildren all under 8 an active lifestyle would be a plus. I want so much to be able to take them places and be active again. I have Osteo Arthritis in both knees now so its very painful to do a lot of the activities they enjoy, and have been told that losing weight would help.
I own my own home and work full time as an insurance agent and its very difficult to do a lot of the things my job & home requires.
I'm at my highest weight ever and weigh 240lbs and my goal is 135lbs. I am so done with diets and promises from drug companies etc that I could scream, (let alone the cost ) only to gain it right back and then some.
I'm so glad I've found this forum for support.
