I am in the same boat Knee replacement only 20 lbs in 18 months I was told to move more Meanwhile I keep thinking I did the surgery for nothing Just stopping soda I could have lots 20 lbs

Help I am a year and a half post op and can't loose weight I know I am doing some things wrong but all my doctor says is move more I lost 25 lbs in the 1 st month and haven't really changed since I have a problem drinking while eating and I have read that basically washes the food down How do you eat without drinking anything.
