I have plateaued between 184-194 but I think in ok. I have a cosmetic surgeon consult in a week or so. Fingers crossed.

You know I've gotten the same thing and it usually happens about an hour after it takes her medicine so I thought maybe one of my medicines are one of my vitamins was making me violently ill. The last episode I had was about a week ago on Sunday and I was on the floor in the bathroom of the church and I was puking up water and phone in all it done was I had taken my vitamins and my pantoprazole in my Bentyl during church and after church I felt like I'm going to throw up. And then came the cramping in the pain and the sweats and then I pass out and fall asleep and then I wake up and I'm better this is how my episodes ago.

I had surgery October 13, 2014 and I had lost 23 pounds on my own from May 2014 to October 2014 but since my surgery I've lost 55 pounds they give me a grand total of 78 not as much as other people in my group not as much is one of the others who had surgery on the same day as me she's already in the 100s. Well I'm lingering in the 220s but it's still better than the 300 I was that in the beginning. My diabetes is gone as well so that's a plus.

when I had my surgery in October the issue that I was having was that I could not drink water without pain and I couldn't drink a bottle of water like I used to. It gets a little frustrating especially when you knew before your surgery that you could drink a liter of water at a time without any issue.I went into the hospital about nine days after surgery for dehydration. They tell you to drink water and not to drink juice but I discovered that orange juice with calcium and vitamin D became my salvation. It was the only way I could stay hydrated for the first two or three months after my surgery. I'm at almost 6 months out now and I can now tolerate water. I don't know if orange juice would work for everyone but my body does not react to sugar or fat's like they told me that it was going to do. -
You look great!!! I'm slow going. Maybe a 2 pounds week. I have more energy and I don't get as tired as I used to. Diabetes is out of here. Every once and a while ingest this episode where I have intense pain and it take me to the floor with vomiting but the doctors are working on it. My egd showed a gastritis so I take Sulcrafate before every meal. I have a hyda scan for my gallbladder coming up on 5/1. Despite all that I signed up for a half marathon and will start training this week. I've been using the run keeper app to help me along. Even when I was 300 I still tried to do 5k(s). I made it to 225 this week. Slowly but surely. Hopefully in another month I can make it to onederland. Thanks for thinking about me twin. Sometimes I get so wrapped up in things I can only concentrate on one at a time. I'm going to try to visit on this site more often.

I just bought a new scale on groupon that measure your muscle, bone and fat percentages. That way instead of me looking at just the weight I can see the progress with my walking and exercise.
