@@layknee it seems like they just want me out of here, they keep saying you can go home if you do this, or that, I'm like welp I can't, and I'm trying so I guess I'm not going home. The doctor told me to keep my bra off, and I had panties but I think my mom took them off me or the docs. They want me to go off the pca, and start drinking pills but its not looking very promising right now. I've been full since last night.

@@layknee I didn't get a catheder, I love those things!! When I had my son, I had one and it made the flow so strong! I'm still struggling to get my fluids down. They won't discharge me until I can drink 4 oz, and I can only drink one or 2 at this point. I have a headache and I've been wlaking around, my boobs and vag are still living free.

I am upset they didn't weigh me before surgery but I am 285 now so I lost the surgery fluids I think. They won't let me shower either, so I just washed with a rag, and I am free ballin with no panties lmao.

Yess hunny bunny! The narcotics lol, I scratched my incision in my sleep, and while putting on my nose ring I missed like 8 times lol. I'm basically just scratching like a maniac, but it feels oh so good. I'm finally getting my liquids in. It was very hard at first, I only got 8 oz last night, and I'm supose to be going home today if I can drink 4oz every hour, its not looking too good. I still have the pain button its been soo good to me!

I am one day post op and withheld information from almost everyone, but my mother felt the need to let some people know. My brother calls me today, saying the most ignorant comments on earth. First he's congratulating me but with a slap, saying I didn't need it but he's all for it, then saying that even if I lose weight I'm still going to weigh a lot because I'm tall, then saying that I could have lost it if I had worked out, mind you I don't speak to him on a regular basis and he doesn't know that I've had chronic back pain for a year. Then he keeps going back and forth congratulating me and throwing hints that he feels I didn't need it, I finally say " listen bro its done, and that's why I didn't tell you to begin with. I did this for me, not anyone else, so I didn't need permission to get it from anyone but my doctor" he then says he's happy for me again and we hang up.

I am itchy though, and been doing laps on my floor.

Good morning!! getting ready for surgery again! good luck to all my twinies today! Holy crappers! I am feeling really nervous now, more than before. I think I've lost like 2 lbs of sweat alone! I have been biting my nails, I hope they don't find any in me when they open me up. lolol

Man oh man am I tired of hearing "you aren't that big" i am a tall female about 5'10 and a half and i am 290. I don't look it to others and at my docs office all the ladies would ask me how did I even qualify. My response would be: "the same way you did, I may not look it but I feel it, and i am it, some of us carry our weight really well but we still aren't healthy"....

I'm getting the gasx cuz you guys are mentioning it a lot lol I hope it does help. @@Beni thank you for the great advice. I don't think I'm going to tell him even if he starts asking questions, this relationship has been over for 3 years of our 6.5 being together. If he finds out one day I won't care if he's mad because I'm doing it for me and don't care for his approval. He is always around so at least he can carry the baby. I have my mom and gma helping me out too so I feel blessed. I wish I had a manual on how to get rid of an unwanted person. Tmi alert- I withhold the goods, kick him out, ignore him, but I still have to see him cuz of the baby, but anyways I'm off topic now lol. As far as the food, I dumped everything in my house and went over to my moms where the food sucks anyways, all I'm doing now is Water, water, and water!! I'm going to go clear my mind now so that I can go into surgery stress free!

Tell me about it lol, but its not that bad, the worst thing to me is that I won't be able to lift my baby up for a while . Congrats @@steeb keep up the good work! I hope my surgery is painless too.

@@Beni I'm nervous! And a little disappointed in myself, I broke my 2 day diet again. I was feeding my son who is 1 and he wanted to feed me back and I gave in, it was a little bite but I still cheated. I had a c-section as well, that was the worst ever, and I had kidney stones removed along with my appendix- spell check! That was even worse than the contractions during child labor, also my son was 10lbs and got stuck inside me while pushing him out so the doctors had to push him back up, I felt all of it. I hope that the wls pain is friendlier than the above mentioned. I'm going to use my sons sippy cup since he doesn't lol, maybe it will motivate him to use it if he sees me doing it. I am also getting gas x strips today. I haven't told his father about the surgery, because I don't think he needs to know, we are so disconnected these days, we don't live together and I break up with him every day. I broke up with him on friday just so that I could get my surgery and have a reason to not speak to him. Immature I know but whatever. That was random but the point of it was to include, how am I going to hide it from him while he's watching our baby and sees me in the recovery stage?

aww yeah it's like being a baby again after wls lol. i haven't gotten mine done yet, i was set for oct 7 then it got cancelled cuz of an emergency, now i am going in on monday. how is your healing coming along?

Hey ladies and gents! I am scheduled for 8am on Monday. Cheers for round 2! I'm even more nervous now than I was at the hospital waiting room.

@@auntiemel you're right everyone is different. However, about the dumping syndrome, I said in the long run, your surgery is relatively new so ofcourse you are experiencing this. My doctor told me that patients who get the sleeve don't get dumping syndrome later on, they just have portion control . Rny patients will get the consequence of eating sugary, fatty, salty foods, whether it be one or the other, because its all trial and error, so sometimes somethings will work for your pouch while other things won't. That's why they say becareful what you try, you just might like it and have too much of it. I wish you a speedy recovery and congrats on your surgery!

Hey guys, so surgery didn't go as planned. My doctor had an emergency and left me waiting for him up until 10pm. He arrived and rescheduled me for oct 13th. I was upset but took it that it wasn't meant to be yesterday. I am now home and I am just moping around. Everyone who had surgery yesterday and today, I hope you guys are doing good.
