Hey there! I'm Drew, from Oklahoma. I was sleeved on 6/25/14. So I'm 7 1/2 months post-op. I'm 27, 6'2" and weighed 334 lbs at my pre-op appointment on 6/9/14. Today I weigh 184 lbs, so I'm down 150 lbs! My journey thus far has been a blur...a struggle...but most of all...a blessing. I am a work in progress...simply a guy on his journey to be healthy, strong, and nutritionally correct. Now focusing on building muscle and endurance! Recently picked up running and am up to about 4.5 miles per run...so considering half marathon training! WLS is no doubt a life changing experience...but end of day...the results ARE dependent on the effort YOU put into it.

Isopure OR Muscle Milk?
andrew.t.ames@gmail.com replied to Stephie76's topic in Protein, Vitamins, and Supplements
I have used Muscle Milk 100 cal since my surgery in June. It has 15g of protein, lactose free, and less than 1g of sugar. A 4 pack at Walmart is between $5 - $6. I drink a choc one everyday. Tasty! -
