How realistic is it to want to be in the infamous onderland by my birthday....19 April??

It would be better to set a goal that you can control, like an exercise challenge or something. Although you are in charge of what you eat, your body is in charge of your weight loss rate. Some people lose slower than others and they are perfectly on track. It's very individual. We all can get to the same place, but not necessarily at the same time.
