I've been natural almost 4 years. I had Locs and combed them out in March. My hair is t as thick as if like it to be ( or as long) so lord knows I don't want to have to deal with hair loss. But if I have to, they made wigs for that. ???? I wouldn't suggest anyone who is dealing with hair loss get a weave. It could cause more stress on your hair and you could lose more than you would without it. -

I started yesterday (because I wanted to see if I could do it. Not because I was told to) I'm having 2 shakes a day. I think I may move to three because I do get a little hungry between breakfast and lunch. I have breakfast around 8 and lunch around 2! -
At least you put forth an effort. Keep trying and you'll get there. If not today then tomorrow. Or the next day.....

Low sodium jumbo sunflower seeds I'm thinking, "will I be able to eat thereafter surgery?" Some people have said they can't tolerate nuts...what about seeds?

Yes!! That's what I'm talking about too. The men in DC love big women for sex! They don't care to get to really know you. Just enough to get some. I don't really even like to go out anymore with my thin friends (which is most of my friends) because, like you said, I get overlooked. -

The seatbelt extender on the airplane! Buying ONLY pants with elastic waists (they're comfy so I'll still probably have some ????) Being tired and out of breath when walking up a flight if stairs. Knee and back pain. My belly in the way (especially during sex ????????????????) Hiding from cameras! -
What was yours like? I just left mine and I'm really thinking about seeing someone else. I feel like he was over thinking it. And wth do I need to go back for???

I was there a little over an hour and he wants to see me again for some test. I feel like it should have all been done today but that would have been too easy. -

I call my sis-in-law the queen of pencil skirts and leggings (she's about a size 4) but I could be taking over that title soon!! -
I opted for low sodium and they are still 940 mg per 1/4 cup!! I guess you could get them unshelled but that's the fun of sunflower seeds for me ????

Thanks!! This is all good to know. I eat sunflower seeds when I'm driving long distance or just in the car for a long time. They help keep me awake.

Do you eat shrimp? The dishes that have a sauce and fried shrimp you can request the sauce on the side and just have them steam the shrimp )if you can have that) I am pre op still but that's something I did when I was dieting. Shrimp and broccoli sauce on the side nor general tso's shrimp with steamed shrimp and sauce on the side.

. I'm not sure. He said he was gonna call before I came in and didn't. So if I don't hear from him tomorrow like he said then I'll be blowing up his office and cell phones. I would really hate for this to hold me up.
