I am down 120 lbs so far and my arms are horrible! My arms have always been large, I workout with a trainer three days a week...has anyone had surgery after they hit their goal weight? Is the only surgery for your arms the one that slices you from elbow up? I really don't want that scar but I don't want all this extra skin either... Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks!

I have a question... I was sleeved on September the 15th. I have recently been working out with a trainer for almost two months. We take my measurements weekly. Today we took my measurements on my waist and I went up three inches, but my hips went down an inch. When measuring my waist, he told me that I had the tape in the wrong place, but I didn't Bc it was right across my bellybutton. He said it is lower than where he measures each week and it seemed to be like I was almost to my hip line. So my question is does you bellybutton drop...is this just part of this crazy process and it will all come together at the end? I mean there is such a thing called gravity... Please if anyone has any thoughts or suggestions on my measurements please let me know. I dropped weight this week too... Just confused. Thanks in advance!

I hit my 100 lb mark this weekend! The best Mother's Day Weekend ever!!!

I am at 97.4 pounds down since my surgery... Almost to 100 lbs! I could be doing better, but I'm happy with my success as of right now!

My surgery was September 15...down 88.8 lbs... Start with my personal trainer on Monday! Very happy with my results! The best decision I've ever made!

I was sleeved 09/15/14. Since then I have dropped 86 lbs! I have attached my first before and after picture!

Question...I was sleeved on September 15th and I just noticed that a couple of my internal stitches are making there way out of my body. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I was sleeved September 15th and today i feel as if i could eat the house down...obviously I know I can't and my body would not allow it...but I'm so hungry today!

I think at some time we all think this but think positive...we are all different and will all drop weight differently....I was September 15 and have dropped 15 pounds...but i will take it...15 lbs gone and not gained!

Not yet....but trying to prepare myself for when it happens...try only weighing yourself maybe twice a month so maybe you will never see another stall...this to shall pass!

I was sleeved on the 15th...I made chicken and tuna salad and this is what i bring to work with me. I also bring a shake just incase I don't have time to eat.... you will be fine!

I was sleeved on the 15th as well...I weighed myself today and have dropped 15.6 lbs since surgery...with my liquid diet prior to surgery i have a total of 35.6...I too was hoping for more of a loss after surgery, but it hasn't even been a month....our bodies are in complete shock and I see it as the slower we lose the longer it stays off...AND... or skin has time to shrink! I will gladly take a loss over a gain any day....we didn't gain this weight over night we will not lose it over night either!

How's everyone doing? Are yall exercising? Loosing weight? I just started the gym this week...and still haven't weighed...I will weigh myself on Monday the 6th! Hope all is well with everyone!

Today was my first day of puree... not bad....how many calories are yall trying to stay under during this stage?

Im 34 Sleeved September 15 Pre liquid diet 319 Day of surgery 300 Last weighed 9/24...290...had my boyfriend hide my scales... will weigh again on the 1st... I'm so glad you started this thread! We are on this journey together!

I was sleeved on the same day with a two week all liquid diet pre surgery...how are you doing? I would love to keep in contact since we were sleeved on the same day! How are you doing?

I had mine on the 15th... leaving on the day of your surgery....everyone was do sweet and nice! You will be pleased!

Too this was the first time I had ever had surgery of any kind!

Well, one i have no pain tolerance what so ever....but i just was sleeved on monday.... the gas felt like i was being stabbed with a knife but that is all over now. The dr said i did so well bc i had taken it upon myself to start my liquid diet two weeks prior vs 7 days....I'm totally ready for this new journey! My stomach was 40 oz now its 8...i was told not to eat more than 4 oz at a time....it maybe rough at first but well worth it at the end! Good luck!
