I had my lap band in 2008 , and I only needed 2 fills as the band was enough to work. I lost from 234 to 135 and was doing well until my fiancé was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and after 8.5 months he lost the battle, and I went into depression and ate my way to 189 pounds! Then I got back on track in march and lost 30 pounds. I had too as all my clothes were 10's and 12' s ;))
So now enjoying life and getting out more.
