Any suggestions. My doctor told me to take miralax and collace stool softener but no help... can any body tell me what helps you with constipation. .

The only thing that agrees with my stomach is premier protein chocolate shake but I know I just can't live off that.. my doctor told me that I can start eating things that you would give a baby or a person who don't have teeth ????

I tried some Greek yogurt and that agree with me.. I tried a spoonful of beans then I felt them at my throat. . Is this normal am getting scared to even eat anything. I feel like am going to choak

Am 2 weeks out and all of a sudden am feeling nauseas. . Never experienced this just after sugery. . Now when am taking my shakes and water I feel it in my throat any suggestions

I went to have blood work and everything cam back normal but ketone was very high. . My doctor did not mention anything about it to me i notice when I received a copy of my blood work.. anybody familiar with having keytones

Before I had my surgery by ketones were normal I guess cus i was having a lot of carbohydrates

I think I will start mine on Monday after 1 week of surgery

My surgery went good although when I woke up I said to myself what did I get myself in to.. I was in pain and am allergic to hydrocodone... but later on that day it hot easier when I started walking. .its like the walking helped a lot. Monday will be a week for me and the other day I tried 3 Ritz crackers and my tummy did not approve of that yet I hope.. I felt like it got stuck and it took as long time ti digest. . Will not do that again till my doctor says so. ..

I learned my lesson yesterday. . I will not do that anymore until my doctor approves of it.. I have a ? For you when you got out of surgery when did you start taking you vitamins

Am glad you found a surgeon that you felt comfortable with. I had my surgery Monday and the nauseous went away and I do have pain every now and then.

I was sleeved Monday I live in North richland hills..

Thanks for the reply.. I just picked up my prescription called zofran for nausea. And the hydrocodone for pain then went to the counter to pay and the hydrocodone did not cover my insurance. 100.00 bucks for that medicine.. they told me to tell the doctor to perceive me the tablets and that should cover it..

Okay and the nauseous and belly pain when does that stop a week
