Awesome! I will look you up on FB cause I'm on there a lot too. I've recently (last week as a matter of fact lol) started working out. Couch to 5K is the plan I decided to do. The goal is to be able to jog without stop a 5K (roughly 3 miles) by the end of 9 weeks! YIKES! I put it on my FB so you know if you put it on there you've gotta do it! lol LET'S DO IT GIRL! ;o)
