You have done so much - you have put in so much effort - you must have done or your surgeon would not have agreed to band you. Why are you wasting all that effort? It is pointless. Eating to the point of pbing is hardly pleasurable, is it? What are you punishing yourelf for? Why are you abusing yourself?
