I had my surgery on November 2nd and my first fill is not until december 21th and yes i am starting to get some hunger but i just try an drink alot of water keep exercising you can do it

i was banded on Nov2 and i have the same problem gas and i will say the walking help but theback pain are crazy i go today for my week checkup will see how much i have lost so far.

I am 2 days post-op and i have this pain in my left shoulder that will not go away. my stomach is still sore hard to get in and out of bed but other than that i'm doing pretty good still don't see how people went back to work after only a couple of days :tired

Ok your going through a little of what i am. i went to my friends and some of them said the same thing oh you can do it you been exercising your just being lazy, and trust me that hurt, when I went to my family a whole different out come they were very supportive of me, I have mine this friday the 2nd and my mom said to me just today that she is proud of me for me and she is glad that I made this chose to help better my life. girl go for it don't tell anybody just go for it.

I feel you on this I have a lot of the same problems as you. I was going around in circle trying to figure out which one to have well I decided on the lap-band why after really looking into and talking to a lot of other people tht i know tht had it seamed to be the safest one the recovery time is less and from what i hear less pain, well i will find out i have my on Nov 2 this friday i will let you know how it goes. all i same talk to yor family and really think about it hope it works out for you. nona
