Surgery day march 16, on February 26 I have a preop appointment I guess I'll find out there about pre surgery diet etc. can't wait !!!!!!!!

Where sis you get the pure proteins? I have to start my preop diet on Monday and I'm confuse -
My doctor didn't tell me that I have to use bariatric vitamins. Only give me the vitamin quantities and that they need to be chewable or liquid form.

What about GNC lean shakes? They have 25gr protein but 19gr carbs. Does anyone use those? -
thats what they give me. I found 25 gr shake at the GNC store, they are called total lean but they have 17gr of carbs so maybe too much! I'm little confuse on shakes and vitamins

Does are like soft chewable kind like a starburst candy.

I just picked up vitamins from a GNC store. They are women vitamins in a powder form. At the store they told me that I can put in on my shake. Do vitamins has to a bariatric ones? I also got calcium, iron , vitamin d, vitamin b and some lean shakes 25. I'll start my preop diet on Monday.

If you are religious, pray. It really calm me down when I do. Also I drink a calming herbal tea. It's called Kava tea. Really helps.

I had to tell my supervisor, but I ask to not tell all my coworkers. She thinks I should tell them. She said: either way people will talk... And then she said: I think you shouldn't take this surgery so lightly. I told her it's been years that I study. And talk to doctors. And about 1 yrs preop appointments. -
