Hello , tomorrow will be 2 months out Ive lost 30 pounds and who knows how many inches all i know is i feel great. I know when to stop eating and i am glad i cant eat much. I had my surgery when my newborn was 1 month born amd its the best desision ever !!!!! Sometimes i panic because i dont loose weight but then i think if it comes off slowly but surely i am ok with that !!!!

I am on the same boat but just relax put the scale away and remember it wont be this way forever

I think its normal to feel like that your body is going through a huge change your hormones are out of control and it happened to me i would say to just rest and try to relax

Was sleeved Sep 7th last time I stepped on the scale inwas down 21 pounds , I am at a stall and I hate it , im getting my protein and trying the liquids but its just not working !!!! Im frustrated but i know i am at least loosing inches i started to measure myself, ive had no complications thank God and i started the T25 monday i feel good:) ive officially put the scale away because its driving me crasy i hope this stall stops and i get back to loosing weight and inches

I had surgery in mexico and the NUT only gave me phase 1,2 after that i had to pay so I decided not to because i could look alot of this stuff online and plus I did not have the money:(

Right ??? Im so confused ??? For protein I drink a premier proteing from costco it has 30 g of protein so with that i am halfway through with protein ! I do strugle in the liquid part getting that much in

Oh yea for sure my work pants that wouldnt zip up are now loose

So today i concentrated in drinking water and i drank maybe 40oz I stepped on the scale and I gained 3 pounds !!!!!!!! What is going on

My big mistake was not to measure myself before surgery but i guess I shall start somewhere I will measure today

I will be a month out on Oct 7th I am going to have to hide my scale

Was sleeved Sep 7th I lost 20 pounds in the first week post op which I don t know if thats normal , I started at 225 and am down to 205 ive gotten down to 203 the lowest and have been between that range since then . Ive also been having trouble getting all my protein in but now that i can eat ive done much better , water intake is alot better too . In my mind im telling myself it ok 20 pounds in a month is really good , it just sucks I at least want to get under 200 that would be the best. It really helped to see how much weight I would loose while i was on liquids that just made it alot easier. I hope now that i will start exersise it gets alot better

I am wondering if it affects me in any way that i had the gastric sleeve done in mexico with my pcp??

Omg mine too , started up spotting 2 days after surgery and has not stopped , sleeved sep 7 , is this norm??

Lol I dont see my doctor that often but I guess what im asking is does it affect me in any way to have done the sugery in mexico ??

Anyone else's doctor say they could not drive for 2 weeks after surgery ???
