My appointment is Wednesday I'm sure once I get weighed I'll feel much better. I'm very independent and I think that's what's killing me and eating bad food would take all the pain away..once the weeks go on I will be fine...thank you they do say to expect this

Yes each day is getting better I had the surgery Tuesday..I think just watching all these food commercials my mind is a mess l. I'm happy for the new me but can I ever have a burger at a bbq? Will I ever enjoy a beverage...restaurants etc

Hopefully last night... Day 2 wanted to stay because we tried liquids today and still a little pain now calves are in pain almost like there swollen..doesn't sound major will get a ultra sound tomorrow hopefully just fluid or maybe sore because my muscle don't walk this much? Nov 18 is the big day...just wanna hear you guys on exercise tips. What are some things you do, how long..j don't wanna go Crazy and hurt myself like lifting etc. I'm stressing about the extra skin...I know it's better to have then being unhealthy but any recommendations certain creams that help. Stay hydrated and proteins I will stick Too of course.

How much should you drink after the lovely mag cit?? How much waking should you do?? I feel the same way this spring I got down to 277! This has been such a long process was booked for nov 6 day before got a call that insurance expired my approval that was approved in sept!! So now fingers crossed I go for the surgery Tuesday...my last surgeon appointment I weight 292! So nervous I feel like I'm ready but haven't been following anything totally off track...I think it's because I feel like I won't be normal? I think that's what I'm feeling ...lol

They didn't tellow anything and my information packet doesn't say anything my surgery is tuesday..I did loose weight but def gained some back because I've been waiting on a date since September!! I weight 277 then 280's now when I met with surgeon for last appointment back up to 292!! I know I've bee off track...just nervous. So ready to get healthy and to shut up the haters who think this is the easy way out!
