Had my surgery 09/22/14 have lost 20 pounds since 09/08/14 feeling good just seems like it's slowing down

Help! Question I know it's probably silly question but I'm in my 2nd week of post op still on liquid diet I was at work and they had veg soup so I asked for the broth but by accident swallowed a chunk of carrot should I be freaking out can anyone help me out with this question

I'm not glad your in pain but now I don't feel so alone I really thought I would be feeling way better than this by now good luck to you. -
The gas pain is no fun at all hurts a lot but if you get up and walk it helps a lot

My surgery was on 9/22/14 is it normal to fill full and your stomach still be growling and how long does the pain last it's more uncomfortable than anything and one more question does it matter how much fluids you have sugar free of course......
