How would you rate the powder versus the liquid: Do you have to drink the drink-made-from-powder there and then or will it keep through the day? I'm thinking that pre-mix may be easier to just grab-and-go from the fridge rather than messing around making small quantities of powder up.

Hello, I've just arrived here and am finding my way around the forum, so first things, first, HELLO. I'm Andy and I have just agreed my date for surgery with Mr. Amir Kahn who practices at both Spire Little Aston near Birmingham and Nuffield, Wolverhampton. I have elected to have my procedure done on his home turf in Brum and am wondering if there is anybody here who has any experience of the great man..? I'm due a sleeve rather than a band on the consultants advice and am now reading anything and everything that I can find to prepare me for the event. I guess this place will be a great resource and so I'll be around for a while. I'm due surgery on October 25th and I have yet to see the dietitian to get me started on the pre-op regime.
