Hey Jason that would be AWESOME we have a trail just down the road that goes to GA!!! We've been riding thru the neighborhood like everyday since I got it...zach needs a bigger bike though. hes riding my old one. Here's some pics if I can get them to attach!

ACTUALLY- I'm off saturday and My family wont be coming up from Fl due to the flooding in Ga.....SO I'm thinking about coming to the walk. Will kim be there? Any exercise I can get to help me lose will be great.....I am so close to onderland I can smell it :thumbdown:.5lbs!!!! Well, I hope to see you all saturday. Well, my granddad or step grandad died last night in his sleep so I know I wont be at the meeting saturday and Jason we may not be at the wedding...will keep you posted.

Cant say Ive lost any wt here...I go back to the doc today for a reg check up Im hoping he'll move me to a 6 month f/u after today Im getting tired of seeing him so often and giving him money..lol I understand the obesity walk is at 9am.......I am contemplating on going I am supposed to be off that day bc I have family coming up from Fl....but I dont know if Im gonna drive to bham and then all the way to Ga...

well my doc took out .25cc a few months ago to see if that would fix it and it was like I NO restriction. So he put it back in Since I take OTC prilosec which is what he said to do its cheap and I have great restriction I can live with taking 1 pill a day But later on when I meet goal I probl will have that .25 taken back out

I take a over the counter Prilosec (its long acting meansing it shoudl last 24 hours) before dinner EVERYDAY it prevents my nighttime reflux and sometimes I have reflux in the morning or after lunch so I take a generic zantac if needed my doc says thats fine if it keeps the reflux away...it works wonderfully.
