    SO- u 2 have split over you feeling like this before. If you didn't feel like you loved him anymore what made you go back? Some people have a hard time being alone is why I ask- my dad is like that. He is MISERABLE when he is alone. But if you're miserable now....and least if you move on you can find someone else and be happy again. Don't get me wrong, Im not saying by any means go get a divorce today but to me it sounds like you've made up your mind already? Some of my friends that have had the surgery are having difficulty with their spouse being jealous since they've lost their wt...I dont know any of them that are losing weight that want out.

    Thanks LollyMoe, I hope that after the first of the year I will be able to start coming back to the meetings! Good luck everyone!!! I remember going thru the whole fill process, its was so aggravating. It took me over a year to get where I thought was good and even so just this past month I had a .25unfil...sooo its gonna be one of those things (unfortunately for my impatientness) that may take longer for some than others

    see about getting another fill. Just bc they dont have anybody over 9cc doesnt mean you wont be the first:tongue2: everybodys different. Its great though that you have been able to maintain weightloss with no restriction...good for u BTW PBing is not something that you want to do...so if youre only able to eat about a cup of food and youre full.....you may have more restriction than you think! GOOD LUCK!!!Just look at how much youre eating compared to before!

    IT HAPPENS TO EVERYBODY!!!!! Its just one of those things, you cant expect to be perfect 365 days a year- just remember why you had the surgery, get that bad food out of your house and replace it with good You can get back on track--plus its the holiday season...the most difficult time of year for us bandsters!!!

    Sushi?

    until I got a slight unfil I couldnt eat sushi at all I was so happy to find that this unfill has permitted me to eat sushi again and keep on losing weight! the seaweed does tend to give me some probs still but I like the soy wraps better so its all good.

    I add benefiber to my drinks...thats the only way I go, LMAO when I dont go I dont lose! Good luck you'll complete your journey!!!

    I like to have a shake for Breakfast and it was hard for me to find a good Protein shake that didnt taste so bad this one is AWESOME chocolate Peanut Butter Shake: 1/2 c skim milk, 1 c ice, 1 scoop of vanilla Protein powder, 1 pack of swiss miss chocolate ( I used diet or sugar free), 3 packs of splenda and BLEND It is so good that my husband wants that over a regular milk shake!
  18. Maybe you're a little too tight, if you not eating enough youre not gonna lose,,,makes no sense does it, LOL

    I cant eat any dry meat so if its dry in anyway I dont eat it.

    The Shake:

    Chocolate Peanut butter shake:

    1/2 cup skim milk, 1 cup ice, 1 scoop of vanilla protein mix, 1 pack of swiss miss chocolate (i used the sugar free or diet) 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 3 packs of splenda, BLEND well!!!

    I dont mind the questions :) Ask all you want I hope I answered them all :)

    But yeah if you can eat eggs..or any meat maybe you should go for a slight unfill...do you have probs with reflux or do you "slime" a lot?

  20. OK so I cant stop freezing so far this fall! I dont know what Im gonna do for the winter LOL I think me staying so cold has helped me lose a good bit of weight these past few weeks...hey I'll take the cold if its what helping me lose HAHAHa

Hey, generally for breakfast I make sure to focus on my protein whether it be a boiled egg, a protein shake (I have an AWESOME recipe if you want it), then I fill my big jug with water flavored with squeezed limes, I may only eat a few bits of something for lunch. again I make sure I get protein like a piece of chicken (lunch is usually quick for me so I never get a lot) then for dinner I eat my veggies and a meat. By dinner time its always like I can eat more so tend to eat almost a whole cup of food. OH for snacks I eat like veggie chips so that Im getting my veggies in as well. Hope this helps you some...then if I want a snack like something sweet usually I have plenty of calories left over so I eat something sweet at least 2-3days per week. I keep up with my food intake on myfitnesspal.com! GOOD LUCK youve done awesome!!!!!

    Oh one thing that I think has been helping me these past few weeks is Ive boosted up my cardio (and trust me I dont exercise much):smile2:

Ive been by myself this week hubby gone to Colorado..I tell you what I didnt work out not one single day, SHAME SHAME SHAME, gonna change that in about 30 min though Everyone keep up the great work, hope you have a best Christmas, New Years and any other holiday that you celebrate!!!!!
