not my food, my weight lol. I haven't posted on here in quite some time. For a while I was focused on dealing with some other health issues, and so was content to just glide along/maintain my weight loss. Now that my other health concerns have been dealt with, I'm ready to focus on losing again- the only problem is it's happening soooooo slowly no matter what I do. I had my surgery in December 2007. I am down 88lbs, but I have been at this weight for a long time (months and months). I went to the gym, and they told me I needed to increase my caloric intake, so I did, and initially lost 5 lbs, but then gained it back the next week. Now I am really restricting my caloric intake (not hungry or craving anything) and I'm still not losing. I'm working out heavily about 3-5 hours a week. I'm so frustrated that the scale isn't moving. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't think I need a fill, because I feel satisfied, even with just a little bit of food . Oh P.S. I still have between 60-80lbs to lose!
Thanks,
Meghan
