I am having surgery on February 4th also I started in September on a high Protein low carb diet and have lost 52 lbs. We don't have a pre op diet other then the high protein low carb one I have been on. The night before surgery nothing after 6pm I am so excited. Good luck everyone and see you on the losing side. -

I am looking forward to having more energy. I want to travel more so fitting in a airplane seat belt will be nice. I want to dance at my daughters wedding in September. but mostly I want to be healthy and active. -

I am so upset I was scheduled for Jan. 21, 2015 at the Kaiser in Richmond Ca. I just received an email that the surgery has been cancelled for that day due to a strike. I cant believe my luck They say to call on Monday to reschedule It took me over a month to get this date so I guess I"ll probably have to wait till the end of February now. -

Because my sleep study was two years ago and I never purchased the machine. They say I need a new prescription for it I was bummed cause now I have to go back to psychologist in 4 weeks.
