So after 9 mnths of hard work n gymmin:)..i have a normal bmi and body fat percentage..its the most amazing feeling from being morbidly obese to being classed a normal weight!! Ppl treat u different they dont stare when u eat in public ..its the best feeling ...still got to lose some more but im getting there..just needed to say it thin ppl dont kno what it means to be classed normal weigh

Ermmm ????so embarrased to ask this ..but has anyone else suffered from gas aka flatulence ..i get it alot and just wanna is it just me or ...

Hi all ..im from sunny sa and its been 7 months since my surgery and i have lost 62 kgs which in pounds is 136 ????

I kno its horrible but getting sick now so soon after surgery is even worse ..ur body has been through major trauma .and it needs all the proteins and supplements to heal ..its only for another few weeks ..uve come this far ????

U cant worry so much and how many times are u getting on the scale ! ????the weight is going to come off but it takes a while esp when you moving from different diet stages ..as long as u sticking to ur diet and doing ur excercise u will see the weight come off ..just dont be too impatient and i kno easier said than done ..just remember ull lose then ull plateau a lil then lose again .. Hope this helps ????

Im still losing its just a lil slower .. My advice is not to rush it ..its a bog shock to the body as it is ..i am also on b12 injections monthly and calcium and vitamins ooh and iron..whta helped for me is the programme i am in where we have a qualified dietician and psychologist working with us every step of the way ..so im still on a weight loss diet which is basically high protein low carbs ..and the secret is eating 6 -8 times a day ..i still wana lose another 20 pounds ..oooh and what really helps is i gym at curves 5 hours a week and that helps toning and losing cms ...hope that helps ????
