First supervised diet appointment today ....5 more to go!

@cindyt Soot went really well. It's nothing like what I thought a "supervised diet" was going to be. She gave me an eating chart to make a better balanced plate and an awareness chart for when I am wanting to set or started to eat to figure out whether I'm actually hungry or if there is another reason why I'm eating. She said if I loose weight great but this time is more about education in order to make better choices for the long term after surgery. She said I may loose about a pound a week if I limit myself to 2000 to 2200 calories a day. She also said to do 10 mins of cardio or some type of exercise 5 times a week. I'm also supposed to start making food journal and going to support groups.
